Episode #1: Angelology

Guest: Mirna Solorzano, Angel Intelligence Practitioner

More than a decade ago, the “whispers” of the Angels came to Mirna Solorzano. Their “call” was so strong she could no longer ignore the journey she was about to undertake.

Mirna believes her purpose in this lifetime is to teach others about the Angels. She believes our guardians wish to interact with all souls of this planet for the betterment and ascension of the human race, and that Angels are nondenominational. The Angels have been Mirna’s teachers and imparted great wisdom, healing and protection throughout her life.

Episode #2: Reflections of 9/11

Guests: Dennis Frederick, Retired Port Authority Police Officer, New York and New Jersey | John Morabito, Retired Firefighter, FDNY

In this episode, Lillie shares the story of her angelic encounter on 9/11 at the Flight 93 crash site and invites first responders to tell their tales of the Divine.

Dennis Frederick is a retired Sergeant with the Port Authority Police Department of New York and New Jersey. At the time of 9/11, he served as a first responder to the Twin Towers. Along with fellow officers, Dennis entered the Towers to help evacuate persons from the burning structures. When the Towers fell, Dennis found refuge under a FDNY fire truck. There under the cover of the vehicle, Dennis felt his life slipping away.

He however survived the collapse of the Towers and believes he was saved by a Divine presence.

John Morabito is a retired NYC firefighter. On 9/11, John and his colleagues at “Ten House,” the only New York fire station inside Ground Zero, were among the first rescue workers to respond to the Twin Towers. In the post hours of 9/11, John believes miraculous events occurred to include the survival of his brother, a fellow firefighter, and a visit by a mysterious presence that provided prophetic words of wisdom.

The responders shared their experiences and engaged in a deeper discussion about what happens when the physical and metaphysical worlds collide.

 

 

 

Episode #3: Intuition

Guests: June Esser, MSN, RN, PMHCNS-BC, Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist | Michele Saling, President, First Spiritualist Church & Consultant, Sacred Journey of Life

In this episode, Lillie and her guests focus on intuition and intuitive gifts. Intuition is defined as: an insight or ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning.

June Esser is a practitioner with 36 years of experience working in a variety of mental health and wellness settings. She is currently in private practice in East Deer Township, Pennsylvania, treating individuals, couples, and families.

Her practice focus offers healing opportunities as it relates to trauma and life adversity.

Michele Saling has been president of the 1st Spiritualist Church, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for six years. She is trained in healing and mediumship. Her healing modality is Mara-Kari and she trained as a medium in Lilydale, New York. Michele is also an expert at Aura readings.

Michele founded Sacred Journey of Life, a business designed to counsel individuals about funeral services.

Episode #4: Awakening

Guest: Gail Hunter, LCSW, BCD, Psychotherapist, Founding Member of OMA Pittsburgh

In this episode, Lillie and her guest focus on the topic of “Awakening” of spirit.  An Awakening is defined as: a moment of becoming suddenly aware of something. From a religious perspective, one may refer to an awakening as moving from darkness into the light.

Gail Hunter is in private practice in the greater Pittsburgh area and provides psychotherapy and counseling to adults, couples and adolescents. Gail is holistic in her approach and utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Episode #5: Crystals & Healing Elements

Guest: Penny Harrington, founder of Ruby Dragon, author, and retired law enforcement professional

In this episode, guest Penny Harrington shares the story of her career in law enforcement and how she evolved from a world of physical analytics to that of metaphysics.

Penny Harrington was honored to serve as the first female chief of police for a major US City in Portland, Oregon. In her memoir, Triumph of Spirit, Penny shares her story of rising through the ranks from a novice police officer to department leader.

Post retirement, she went on to found the Ruby Dragon metaphysical center in Morro Bay, California.

Reiki is a Japanese healing art involving the channeling of energy in a hands-on or hands-off process. QiGong is a holistic system that combines coordinating movement, breathing, and meditation.

Episode #7: Sacred Circles

Guests: Michele Conti, Attorney at Law; Julia Kramer, Financial Literacy Educator & Coach; Wendy Long, Owner Solutions for Independence; and Lois Vitti, Attorney at Law

Circles are considered one of the most universal and ancient symbols recognized. From the circle of Stonehenge to the wedding band, it is a part of how we conceptualize an eternal union. Sacred is a term that is used to define: a connection to God or dedicated to a religious purpose. An entity or element that is holy, hallowed, blessed, consecrated or revered. Sacred Circles relate to a deeper level relationship that connects mind, body and spirit.

In this episode, guests Michele Conti, Julia Kramer, Wendy Long and Lois Vitti share about their journey to connect on a personal, professional and spiritual level, as part of a sacred circle.

 

 

 

Episode #8: Meditation

Guest: Julie Long, Author

From ancient times to present day, meditation has been practiced to help connect mind and body to spirit.

Meditation is defined as: to engage in contemplation, or reflection, or mental exercise (such as: concentration on one’s breathing or repetition of a mantra) for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual awareness.

This episode brings Author Julie Long to the table to discuss meditation as an integrative healing modality.

She also shares about her book entitled: Rooville.

 

 

 

Episode #9: Spiritual Leadership

Guest: William (Bill) E. Strickland, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of Manchester Bidwell Corporation

Many of today’s leaders, incorporate elements of spirituality into their leadership principles. Terms such as: compassion, implied honor, respect, and global consciousness are part of a responsibility and accountability philosophy.

William (Bill) E. Strickland, Jr. is a social innovator, community leader, author, and President and Chief Executive Officer of the non-profit Manchester Bidwell Corporation headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Bill has spent most of his adult life transforming the lives of thousands of individuals through Manchester Bidwell Corporation, the community arts program and training center he founded. Collaborating with community leaders, corporations, government agencies, and schools, he and his staff strive to provide disadvantaged youth and adults, opportunities and skills to envision and build a better future. In his book entitled: Make the Impossible Possible, Bill shared his amazing life story, and how his attitude, beliefs and spiritual leadership helped him to achieve the impossible.

Bill Strickland is the recipient of the MacArthur Fellowship “Genius” Award and Goi Peace Award.

 

 

 

Episode #10: The Heart of Consciousness

Guests: Dr. Eben Alexander, Author and Neurosurgeon; Karen Newell, Co-Author and Co-Founder, Sacred Acoustics

He was unable to speak. Yet, he cried out, “God help me!” in the emergency room.

Dr. Eben Alexander does not recall any details of the medical plight. He does however remember visiting Heaven and how his spirit aided healing of mind and body.

In this episode, Dr. Alexander discusses consciousness along with his book co-author and Sacred Acoustics co-founder, Karen Newell.

Dr. Alexander’s latest book entitled: Living In A Mindful Universe: A Neurosurgeon’s Journey Into the Heart Of Consciousness is co-authored with Karen Newell.

 

 

 

Episode #11: Winged Messengers: Angels & Fairies

Guest: Elaine Clayton, Author

Fairies are a species very distinct from angels. Yet similar to angels, fairies play a role in ancient religions, as well as present day spiritual practices. Tales of angel and fairy manifestations (of one kind or another) have been recorded for centuries. Accounts describing them as “spirits of air” have been found globally.

In this episode, guest Elaine Clayton discusses angels and fairies and the ones she illustrates renditions of too. She has penned two books on the topic: A Little Bit Of Angels: An Introduction to Spirit Guidance and A Little Bit Of Fairies: An Introduction to Fairy Magic.

 

 

 

Episode #12: Spiritual Leadership

Guest: Judith Bannon, Founder and Executive Director, Cribs for Kids

In 1998, with the help of the Pittsburgh community, Cribs for Kids® was founded.  The program has served over 500,000 families and provided safe-sleep education to millions through a network of 900 partners.

In this episode, guest Judith Bannon will enlighten our audience about spiritual leadership. Judy is Founder and Executive Director of the Cribs For Kids organization. She began her career with SIDS of Pennsylvania in 1989, taking the organization from a regional to a statewide presence by 1992.

Judy and her daughter, Jennifer Bannon, chronicled the story of the Cribs for Kids movement in their book entitled: Five Ladies And A Forklift.
